RMP-D8 Sessions: Molly Burch
In February of 2020, producer / mixer / musician Danny Reisch (Other Lives, Lizzo, Father John Misty) took over the Dr. Eugene Clark Library in Lockhart, TX for a live recording with Austin-based singer-songwriter Molly Burch and her band, utilizing a remote recording setup based around three Rupert Neve Designs RMP-D8 Dante-connected mic preamplifiers & converters.
In this interview, Reisch discusses recording outside the studio, capturing emotion, and the tools & techniques he utilized for this very special session.
