Quick Start: Using the RMP-D8 with Interfaces from Avid, Universal Audio, and Burl

The RMP-D8 Dante™-connected mic preamp and converter brings legendary Rupert Neve Designs microphone preamplification to your Dante network through 24-bit/192kHz conversion.

If you’re adding it to an existing Dante network, setup is about as simple as connecting a single cable and finding the device on the network – but what if you haven’t made the switch to Dante, and your system is based around an Avid® MTRX or HD I/O, a Burl® Mothership, or a Universal Audio® Apollo?

Great news: it works! Watch the videos below to learn how to integrate the RMP-D8 with any of the above interfaces. And if you’ve got a different interface with similar connectivity, you may be able to apply the same knowledge to get everything up and running fast.

As always: if you have any questions, please feel free to email info@rupertneve.com for more information.
