AES Los Angeles: Remembering Rupert Neve

The audio community lost a giant of the industry with the recent passing of Rupert Neve.

For the March meeting, AES-LA and Rupert Neve Designs will be reflecting on Mr. Neve’s long history and storied career. Josh Thomas (General Manager and Co-founder of Rupert Neve Designs) and Dennis Alichwer (Engineering Manager of Rupert Neve Designs) will present a history of Rupert Neve and his involvement in audio, to be followed by a panel discussion with our guests Shivaun O’Brien of Sound City, Tina Morris of The Village Recorders and longtime producer/engineer Clark Germain, who will share stories and insights on how Mr. Neve influenced a generation of producers and engineers.
